Around the country, we are seeing “Shelter at Home” and “Safer at Home” orders from state and local authorities directing that residents stay at home during the Covid-19 virus outbreak, unless you work for a business that is considered essential to support the community or is part of the Unites States’ critical infrastructure. Certain of these orders have been issued in locations where we have operating facilities. Our diverse business provides many essential products and supports other businesses in their provision of essential products and services. As such, TEAM Technologies operations will remain open while we practice elevated safety measures for all team members, which we detail below.
Many of TEAM’s customers fall into the categories listed in the orders that are being implemented across the country as companies that manufacture, distribute and/or provide supplies for medical devices, diagnostics, equipment, services, pharmaceutical supplies, other healthcare related supplies, as well as food supplies. As of today, we will remain open to assist these companies in keeping their supply chain intact as many of them help in the fight against this pandemic.
Protecting our TEAM Members
At TEAM Technologies, we want to do our part to flatten the curve and keep our employees and their families safe. We have taken a number of actions directed at this objective, including social distancing, awareness communications, personal hand hygiene communications, “stay at home with symptoms” guidelines, and staggered shifts, lunches and breaks to reduce the number of team members in proximity to each other. We have also increased the cleaning of workstations and the facilities at large and made sanitation and sterilization products available within our facilities. Until further notice we are prohibiting visitors to our facilities with the exception of parcel pickup and delivery and have halted all domestic and international travel for our team members. We have implemented work from home everywhere possible to further reduce the risk to our team members.

How does the Coronavirus outbreak in China/Asia impact the TEAM Technologies supply chain?
Since Made in America is a core principle of TEAM Technologies, we have minimal international supply chain exposure. We prioritize the purchase of raw materials, parts and products from other US manufacturers. Presently, our supply chain is robust and we expect minimal disruption for our customer partners.
Are there any near-term impacts to TEAM Technologies production and delivery schedules?
To date, the novel coronavirus outbreak has had minimal impact on our ability to manufacture and ship product. We have multiple domestic manufacturing locations that give us a strong base to produce our products and deliver as scheduled. This is a fluid situation and we will provide regular updates as appropriate.
