TEAM is seeking a Systems Analyst to work with our IT group in Morristown, TN.

The Systems Analyst’s role is to provide analytical and programming support of our AX Dynamics system to our team members. We are looking for an individual who is:

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Requires excellent functional knowledge of AX with multiple modules (GL, AR, AP, Inventory, Procurement, Production, Sales & Marketing, etc.)
  • Provision and Deprovision Users.
  • Perform Security Development for existing role modifications, and new role creation.
  • Maintain Workers and Positions adhering to a managerial hierarchy
  • Provide Batch Job monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics AX workflows and functionality
  • Knowledge of AOT and security development objects and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and feel comfortable adding and removing users from groups.
  • Collaborating with company leadership and users to gather requirements and provide documentation
  • Supporting and maintaining integrations with other applications, customers, and suppliers
  • Working with users to troubleshoot application and data problems
  • Uploading and extracting data as required (Atlas or DIXF)
  • Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
  • Knowledge of working with Citrix a plus
  • Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
  • Handle other IT/AX helpdesk tasks as needed.
  • Knowledge of Spiceworks, or similar IT Ticketing system.

Preference will be given to candidates that also have the following skills:

  • Working technical knowledge of development stack supporting AX customizations (C#, X++, SQL)
  • Designing and implementing custom tables, forms, reports, jobs, and classes in Dynamics AX based on those requirements
  • Proficient in creating reports in SSRS
  • Creating and maintaining reports in SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned

What experience will you contribute?

  • Associates Degree or higher in MIS, IT, and/or Business required
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX Certifications a plus
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 preferred
  • Candidate should have reliable transportation
  • Candidate should be ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Quarterly short trips to alternate sites in the US expected
  • Periodic after hours support expected
