TEAM is seeking a Helpdesk / Network Administrator to work with our IT group in Morristown, TN.

The Helpdesk/Network Administrator’s role is to provide front line end-user support, system configuration /troubleshooting both on-site and remotely to various locations. We are looking for an individual who is:

  • able to prioritize and execute tasks with limited supervision

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Provide on-site technical support for end users
  • Deploy/re-deploy new computers as needed
  • Configure printers & switches
  • Complete technical documentation of installed equipment
  • Troubleshoot WiFi/Network connectivity
  • Troubleshoot and Administer Windows based applications, Workstation OS
  • MFP/Scanner/Fax troubleshooting
  • Work service requests and incidents through a ticketing system
  • Consult with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications
  • Complete assigned technical projects with clean and clear oral and written communications from start to finish
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned

What experience will you contribute?

  • 1-3 years’ minimum technical support experience in a professional work environment
  • Good networking familiarity
  • A+ Certified
  • Net + Certified
  • Associates or Bachelors in Computer Science or related field (job experiences in lieu of degree will be considered)
  • Candidate should have reliable transportation
  • Candidate should be ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Quarterly short trips to alternate sites in the US expected
  • Periodic after-hours support expected

Required Experience:

  • MS-Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10
  • MS-Office365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business
  • MS-Office 2010, 2013, 2016

Experience in the following will be a plus:

  • MS-Server 2012 and newer
  • VMWare (ESXi 5.1/5.5, VSphere, Horizon, or newer)
  • Firewall/Switching hardware configuration and management
  • Enterprise Resource Planning Systems/Microsoft Dynamics AX
