TEAM is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with our Marketing group in Woodstock, GA.

The Marketing Coordinator’s role is to to support marketing managers and executives on projects such as developing marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and on collecting and interpreting marketing analytics on our websites and social media platforms. The individual will be the lead for tradeshow coordination including registrations, logistic of booths, on-site guidance and sample development and layout. The individual will also be expected to work in software programs to assist in artistic design and layout of media to coincide with corporate branding guidelines.

How will you contribute to the team?

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities
  • Assist in the coordinating and organizing of TEAM Technologies tradeshow exhibits
  • Develop and deploy traditional or virtual digital campaigns to ensure their success
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets and databases with marketing & e-commerce data
  • Create appealing social media posts aligned with corporate goals and messaging
  • Create product packaging digital files to compliment corporate
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Write and edit marketing literature when needed (brochures, newsletters, etc.)
  • Research competition and markets to develop corporate go-to-market strategies
  • Support Corporate Marketing Director in organizing various projects
  • Other duties as assigned

What experience will you contribute?

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, direct work experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • 2+ years of marketing, website management, digital media and/or event planning experience
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with various personal computer software applications
  • Marketing experience a plus
  • Social Media Experience a plus
  • InDesign and WordPress Experience a plus
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours per week and have flexibility to work overtime as needed.
